Domestic Shipping:
We offer complimentary shipping across Australia for orders exceeding $100. For orders under $100, a flat shipping fee of $8.00 will apply.
International Shipping:
Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated based on the destination and weight of the parcel. The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
Please allow 7 to 21 business days for delivery from the date your parcel is dispatched. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, and all shipments are documented with photographs for tracking purpose.
Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure that your experience with Kimina is positive, please carefully review your order before completing your purchase. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Refunds and Exchanges:
We will gladly provide a refund or store credit if the item you received is faulty or if you have received an incorrect item. To qualify for a refund or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of us receiving the returned item and approving the refund. Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition, including any packaging and documentation.
