Shipping Methods and Costs

We ship our products nationally and internationally using Australia Post. We charge fixed price for shipping $15.00. Within Australia/ For international orders international shipping fee will apply. Please note the delivery time is 7- 21 days from the date your parcel is shipped. You will be notified via email when your order is shipped. All shipments are photographed.

Returns

We highly recommend all customers to check their order is correct before finalizing as we do not provide refunds for change of mind. We will offer a refund or credit only if the purchased item is faulty or incorrect item is shipped within 7 days of delivery if: Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 days of us receiving the item and the refund being approved.
